just installed the newest version of sabayon x86-64 ver3.4F on my dv9740us it runs almost perfectly XGL works with out a hitch the intel wireless card works well too my only issue is i got no sound realtek hd card doesn't like it im going to try some other distros out there and look for a solution also currently im duel booting with a version of xp pro also wondering if anyone is able to duel boot with vista

just loaded sabayon 4.1 and again everything works but the sound this time i figure it out i opened the mixer instead of assuming it was the driver there were 3 volume sliders master,front, pcim my volume control only moved the pcim so i upped the master and i could kind of hear sound i moved the front slider and finally i have full volume so sabayon 4.1 works perfectly so far haven tested everything out but wif works graphic card works ntfs files sys works
